I really like the premise, the UI design, and how well everything seems to flow - I just can't figure out for the life of me how I am supposed to advance. Am I just guessing the prices? Am I slowly filling out the table as I determine the right prices?

Definitely will follow this one. Seriously good UI. I really like the OS look/feel.

ok the tables are very confusing I figured out the optimal price for some things but idk how to get the rest? the game just feels way to luck based

a countdown for rent payment would be nice

Thanks for feedback! I originally had one as a progress bar, but felt it was too literal. I'd rather rework the messages be more helpful and specify time or smth.

i like that idea but have you thought about reworking how the clock/time works so like every 25 -30 seconds is an hour in game and utilising that to make it so every 12 in game hours or 6 real minutes you have to pay rent, since you already have the rent payments going up incrementally each payment this would give players more incentive to test out buying and selling at higher prices. Also a long term goal for the game if your interested in doing so would to make the payments to Diaz incremental as well the longer it takes you to pay him, i would say raise it by 1 or 2 % each day to add a little more challenge and potential length to the game. of-course you don't have to but making the game longer and having a little more quality of life will ultimately bring in more players and longer playtime

Yes, i totally agree, the clock is now just randomly increasing. I had an idea about implementing something like a schedule table, like a calendar, where are every dues and payments listed. And yea, Diaz getting frustrated with you and increasing the debt would be fitting, but I feel that if the game got longer, more items and categories of items would be needed as well.
